What is PTE?

What is the PTE Exam Format?

Important Points to Know

  • You can set a particular time to practise daily and start learning about each module.
  • While practising, record yourself, identify your mistakes and improve them for the next time.
  • Take sample mock tests to understand the test format and sharpen your knowledge of the exam.
  • Increase your concentration when practising for the exam.
  • You can watch mock test of PTE, like videos, small clips, etc.

  • Work on your grammar and learn about the basics because PTE does not only focus on British or American English; it focuses on international English.
  • Work on your vocabulary, punctuation, etc. and try to speak in your actual accent of English, do not fake your accent.
  • You must stay focused while taking the exam because the exam hall can be noisy, as many students speak at the same time, so do not get distracted because of that.
  • You must prepare a personal introduction.
  • While speaking, does not stay silent for more than 3 seconds; if you do so, then the records will directly stop recording after the beep.
